CLEANSE + PROTECT: The Ritual

Updated: Jan 12

The Cleanse + Protect Ritual is intended to do for your Temple (body) what Sage + Palo Santo does for your home. Just as you would cleanse and protect your home, is the same way you should care for your spiritual + physical body. The NAZAR Energy Cleanse is a scrub soap bar to help cleanse your spiritual energy and physical body. Follow up your bath ritual with with the HAMSA Protection Cream to lock in your cleanse energy and create a protective barrier around you and against negative forces. Your body is a Temple, treat it like one.

NAZAR is the Arabic term for the blue eye amulet/ bead that many of us wear to ward off the evil eye and negativity from the wearer.

This Energy Cleanser is specifically curated to wash away any unwanted energy you have collected throughout the day. NAZAR is naturally colored blue to reflect ability to reflect and protect from negativity, just as the Eye amulet does.

This cleansing bar is made with ingredients such as poppy seeds to produce a subtle exfoliation + purifying notes of Frankincense, Myrrh, and Bergamot that ensures a physical and spiritual cleanse. The calming blue color comes from the butterfly pea flower which is often used in botanical magic to assist in letting things go and creating space for transformation.

We recommend using the bar directly on your body. Not recommended to use on your face.

RITUAL USE This spiritual cleansing soap was made to turn your daily shower into a spiritual cleanse. Use in the day to create a protective shield over your energetic field just as the EYE amulet does or use in the evening to cleanse off the energy you collected throughout the day. In mystic practices, the counter-clockwise motion symbolizes banishing and cleansing. Wash your Temple in a downward + counterclockwise motion. Before you begin, take your time, and think of all the things you want to release from your mind, body, and spirit. Communicate that to your cleansing bar as you begin to wash your temple.
